A Message From The Founder & Director, Nishant Garg:

I grew up believing that a person's future should not be decided by their circumstances. Not by where they were born, how much money they have, what language they speak, or whether life has been kind or difficult. I believe a future should be shaped by opportunity. Over the years, I met so many students and adults with incredible potential who simply needed one thing: a chance. A chance to learn something real. A chance to support themselves with dignity. A chance to feel proud of who they are and what they can do. That is why I founded T.I.N.Y.

This institute was not built to be a school where students memorize. It was built to be a place where students rise. Here, we teach skills you can hold in your hands. Skills that translate into confidence, independence, and stability. Skills that help you earn, even while life is happening around you. I have seen students arrive unsure, quiet, burdened. And I have seen those same students leave with their shoulders higher, their voice steadier, and their future looking different. Not because someone gave them luck.
